無根樹，花正霜，凛冽寒風亦心傷。獨立無援如青松，寒氣逼人自無常。
▶Modern Translation
A frost-cold blossom crowns a rootless tree;
Cutting wind stings, piercing even the heart.
Alone it stands, like green pine without help—
Encroaching chill reveals an unchanging strength.
▶Interpretation
1.[無根樹，花正霜] Steely poise in a support-less world.
2.[凛冽寒風亦心傷] Winter wind attacks both flesh and feeling.
3.[獨立無援如青松] Self-reliant as evergreen pine.
4.[寒氣逼人自無常] Harsh impermanence becomes the testing ground of resolve.
