無根樹，花正白，心靜氣平陰陽合。無思無慮動自如，太極無為達無極。
▶Modern Translation
A white flower glows on the rootless tree;
Quiet heart, level qi—polarity at peace.
No thought, no worry—motion is free;
Tai Chi, through non-doing, reaches the boundless.
▶Interpretation
1.[無根樹，花正白] Pure presence, rootless calm.
2.[心靜氣平陰陽合] Still heart, even qi, poles unite.
3.[無思無慮動自如] No mind, effortless motion.
4.[太極無為達無極] Non-doing Tai Chi touches infinity.

• Empty the heart; movements become transparent.
• Quiet + sunk qi = balanced structure.
• Spontaneous response supersedes planning.
• Ultimate goal: from Tai Chi to Wu-Chi, infinite possibility.
