無根樹，花正圓，氣歸中宮性自全。陰陽開合從心發，太極無聲勝有言。
▶Modern Translation
On the root-less tree a perfect circle blooms;
Qi returns to the centre, nature becomes whole.
Yin-yang open and close from the heart;
Soundless Tai Chi speaks deeper than words.
▶Interpretation
1.[無根樹，花正圓] Round blossom—total harmony.
2.[氣歸中宮性自全] Qi at Dantian—being completed.
3.[陰陽開合從心發] Heart initiates every opening/closing.
4.[太極無聲勝有言] Silent practice surpasses speech.

• Inner balance shapes movements into living circles.
• Resting qi in Dantian steadies temperament and power.
• Intent—not posture—drives each yin-yang change.
• Felt truth outstrips verbal instruction—learn by doing.
