▶Original Text
▶Modern Translation
A white blossom crowns the rootless tree; spotless and straight, Qi flows pure.Untouched by the world’s murk, its lone fragrance savors the vast hush of heaven and earth.
▶Interpretation
White bloom—unblemished purity.
Stainless clarity—Qi rises upright of itself.
Worldly grime cannot taint the fragrant heart.
Lone perfume delights in cosmic silence.
▶Interpretation related to Tai Chi
Purity of intent outweighs outward praise.
Straight, unhindered Qi aligns body and mind.
Independence from fashions guards authentic form.
In stillness one communes with heaven‑earth quiet.
